Come and join Michelle for a weekend of wonderment and wisdom.

On the first day we explore Intra Wisdom by reconnecting with our child like wonder though play in nature, leaning into the edges of our physicality through the practice of Yin Yoga, embracing time for personal reflection and discovering the spiritual practice of Lectio Divina - where we take in, ponder, encounter and reflect on a piece of nature inspired poetry.

The second day brings us into a space for Inter Wisdom by connecting with each other through an embodied circle where we tap into our sovereignty whilst exploring the worlds of others, coming together in communitas by sharing food and stories, interconnecting through a ritual led by Michelle and ending the weekend with the spirit of community by enjoying a gift circle around a campfire.
